The information collected depends on how you interact with Glyphworks.

When you contact me

If you use the contact form or contact Glyphworks directly, I may receive information such as your name, email address and anything you choose to include in your message.

When you join the Glyphworks Print Club

If you subscribe to the Print Club, I may collect your name and email address so that I can send you occasional Glyphworks news, new characters, behind-the-scenes work, upcoming editions and selected releases.

When you visit the website

Certain technical information may be collected automatically by the website or the services used to operate it. This can include information such as browser type, device type, IP address and general information about how the website is used.

When you shop with Glyphworks

The Glyphworks online shop is hosted separately through Shopify. Information required to process an order may include your name, email address, billing and delivery details, order information and payment-related information.

Payment information is processed by the relevant payment providers and is not directly stored by me.

• respond to messages, enquiries and collaboration requests;
• send Print Club emails to people who have chosen to subscribe;

3. THE GLYPHWORKS PRINT CLUB

The Glyphworks Print Club is an optional email list for people who would like to hear about new characters, artwork, behind-the-scenes work, editions and selected releases.

Print Club emails are intended to be occasional rather than daily.

The mailing list is managed using MailerLite, which processes subscriber information on behalf of Glyphworks for the purpose of providing email and mailing-list services.

You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in Print Club emails.

If you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive marketing emails from the Glyphworks Print Club, although some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal or administrative purposes.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Glyphworks uses third-party services to operate different parts of the website and shop.

These may include:

Brizy — used to build and host the main Glyphworks website.

MailerLite — used to manage the Glyphworks Print Club and email communications.

Shopify — used to operate the Glyphworks online shop and process customer orders.

These services may process certain personal or technical information in order to provide their services.

They operate under their own privacy policies and data-processing practices.

5. SHOPPING WITH GLYPHWORKS

The Glyphworks online shop is available at shop.glyphworks.studio and is powered by Shopify.

When you purchase something from the shop, information necessary to complete and fulfil your order is processed through Shopify and, where applicable, its payment, fulfilment and delivery providers.

This can include contact details, billing and delivery information, order details and transaction information.

The information collected through the shop is used primarily to process orders, provide customer service, manage transactions and meet relevant legal and accounting requirements.
