Refund Policy

All works are produced to order in a fixed 16 × 20 inch format with a black frame.

As each piece is made specifically upon purchase, it is exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under applicable consumer regulations.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. Where appropriate, a replacement will be arranged.

We are not responsible for minor colour variations due to differences in screen displays.
