Glyphworks is an independent publishing imprint operating under the creative direction of Ricoglyphics. All works form part of the Glyphworks Living Archive.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Products
All works are produced to order in a fixed 16 × 20 inch format with a black frame.
Due to variations in screen displays, colours may appear slightly different in person.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue works at any time without notice.
3. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or payment irregularities.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the website.
Payment must be received in full before production begins.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.
5. Made-to-Order Production
All works are produced specifically upon purchase. As such, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under applicable consumer regulations.

6. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, text, and imagery on this website are the intellectual property of Glyphworks and Ricoglyphics.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Glyphworks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of any works.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered.
